Refund & Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

• A parcel opening video is mandatory, and the product must be inspected in a live video.

• The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

• Refund would be credited within 7days to original payment method.

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the original price tag intact.

• Return would be done within 7days.

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned parcel.
